How we operate
A partnership in four phases.
Phase 1
Discovery & Concept
We observe. We identify where light elevates the experience. We present a custom scene library built for Maraya's flow.
Phase 2
Pilot
One zone. One transformation. Pool or kitchen-lounge. You see the difference before committing to the full space.
Phase 3
Full Rollout
All key zones: pool, pergola, kitchen/lounge, cinema, select rooms. Staff get a simple interface. Guests get a QR code to shift their room's mood.
Phase 4
Evolution
Seasonal scene refreshes. New experiences ("Full Moon Party," "Productivity Sprint"). We monitor what guests love and double down. We create before/after content for your marketing together.

Equipment, installation, programming, staff training (10 minutes), maintenance, content creation.

Letting us in, honest feedback, telling guests about it.
